What to Expect From Us
Concrete Contractors Eden Prairie handles the concrete around a house: the drive you park on, the walk and stoop at the front door, the patio out back, the floor of a detached garage or shed, and the repairs that keep older slabs in service.
Around here, traffic is rarely what ruins concrete. Water is. It soaks into the surface, freezes when the temperature drops, thaws, and freezes again, with salt from the street mixed in. So the choices that matter most are made before the truck arrives: how the ground is graded, what goes under the slab, which mix is ordered and where the joints will go.
What you can count on
A quote you can compare. Ours names the square footage, the slab thickness, the depth of gravel under it, the steel, the finish, the joint plan, and what happens to the old concrete. When two quotes are far apart, those lines usually explain why.
Locates handled. Minnesota puts the duty to notify Gopher State One Call on the contractor doing the digging. We file that request, and it costs you nothing.
A straight answer on repair. Some slabs only need a lift or a sealed joint. Some are finished. We say which, and when both options are reasonable, the quote prices both.
Care dates in writing. You get the days for foot traffic and for cars, plus what to do, and what to skip, the first winter.
